Greetings! Today is the day we officially launch the Piecing Together the High School Puzzle website! Hopefully, you arrived here because someone encouraged you to come check us out. Once you’ve taken a look around, please encourage others to visit us as well. Attempting to homeschool through high school can feel daunting but I am here to help.
When you see this logo you will know that you are in the right spot on Facebook, Twitter, etc.
The goal of this site will be to provide homeschooling families with information to assist them in homeschooling their high school student. And, while I reside in Florida and will add information specific to this state – most of what can be found here pertains to homeschooling families everywhere.
Pop open the menus across the top and you will see various topics on high school and the college application process. If you’re looking for details on my book, Piecing Together the High School Puzzle, or want to learn how to schedule speaking engagements or individual guidance counseling sessions, take a look under the Guidance Counseling tab. We have already posted quite a few topics and my goal is to post at least two every week. The latest topic will always be on top under the LATEST tab – but will also show up in its subject area. So check this area often to see the latest posts. And, you can also use the “Find Your Topic” box at the right to conduct your own research on the site.
Take a moment to register with this site by filling in your name and e-mail in the top right corner. By doing this, you will receive periodic updates about the latest posts. I promise not to overwhelm you with daily e-mails and that your e-mail addresses are safe with me – I have no intention of making them available to anybody else and I really don’t have time to spam you. I’m also doing all those crazy social media things, so like us on Facebook, follow me on Twitter and Google Plus – and register for the RSS Feed. You’ll find all those little icons across the top of the page. By doing these things, you will be able to keep up with any and all information as it is added to this site. And – most importantly – share this site with others. We want to build a community – so the more the merrier!
Coming VERY soon, we will be setting up a drawing to give away ten copies of my book. We’ll be sure to make a big announcement about that so that you don’t miss it – another incentive to sign up with your e-mail address!

Hi Joanne–
I was able to take a quick look at the site and I love it! I have your book which is a treasure chest of help, support and guidance. This will be my last year at home schooling after 6 years as my youngest will graduate high school this year. It has been a wonderful journey–for the most part. (wink)
I look forward to logging in many times to look around and seek out some information I might not have uncovered.
